Established in 1979, family-run Scheuer Building & Design (SBD) was originally named Cherry Valley Construction.

Over the years, Rick Scheuer has built a company based on the standards of honesty, creativity and leadership. Most SBD employees have been with the organization for years. Employees include son Trevor, who has been with the company for more than 10 years, and daughter Amy, who recently joined the
family business.

Today, SBD provides clients throughout the Puget Sound region with unique home building and design options, ranging from lodge, craftsman and NW contemporary styles.

Relationships mean a great deal to us. Many of our clients are repeat customers and most of our new work is generated from client referrals.
